About
My name is Guilherme Roschke. I am a Skadden Fellow at the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC). This blog is my personal opinion, outside of my work at EPIC.
My fellowship focuses on protecting the privacy of domestic violence survivors. This involves doing policy work; directly representing clients in court; doing advocacy work with individual survivors; and advising other organizations and advocates on policy and individual survivor issues.
I’ve identified a few ways that survivors are harmed: identity theft; surveillance; harassment via misuse of personal information; and the amount of personal information available out there on individuals. I’m sure there are more.
I blog here on issues of privacy and domestic violence. If you’d like to contact me, my email is the first letter of my first name, followed by my last name, at the domain name of this website.
